Fire destroyed a section of Centurion Stone’s facility in Nashville on Wednesday, February 8th. Despite significant damage, no one was injured in the blaze that took more than forty firefighters to extinguish.
Neighboring businesses and friends were quick to offer help to the stone veneer manufacturer that was so supportive of others in the community during the historic floods of May 2010, despite their own losses. Expressing his gratitude to firefighters and the community, Centurion Stone’s President Tim Pardue said “When things are tough, it’s good to have good neighbors.”
Centurion Stone resumed production of their stone veneer products on Thursday morning, with no disruption to there service. Production and delivery schedules are expected to be unaffected.
