Bella Fleur Announces New Name For Solid-Core Architectural Glass™ – EnsoGlass™

Wednesday, May 9th, 2012

Bella Fleur logoCanby, Oregon – (May 1, 2012) – Bella Fleur Corporation is pleased to announce a new name, EnsoGlass, for its patent pending Solid-Core Architectural Glass™.  This change is part of a larger branding effort to emphasize Bella Fleur’s commitment to innovative products and sustainable manufacturing.   The name change from EssenceGlass to EnsoGlass is effective immediately.

“We are ecstatic at the world-wide positive response to our products that transform living space within interior and exterior environments,” says Jesse Villarreal, Jr., President & CEO of Bella Fleur.  We made the decision to rename our Solid-Core™ architectural glass, EnsoGlass, because the word enso means strength, elegance and enlightenment.  Enso literally means ‘circle,’ and reflects when the mind is free to let the body and spirit create, allowing an expression of the moment.”

EnsoGlass is a revolutionary new product that allows for the expression of beautiful organics from within a Solid-Core, non-laminated panel that is 109 times stronger than glass.  Whether it is flowers, leaves, grasses, solar reflecting fabrics or even photovoltaic solar cells encapsulated within EnsoGlass, the beautifully translucent, reinforced panel is designed and engineered to be aesthetically beautiful, highly functional and safe.

Expressive Spirit

Bella Fleur is a pioneer in the creation of innovative and ground-breaking products, specializing in interior and exterior architectural glass and hardware.  Further product innovation includes the development of our Reclaim+Recycle+Reuse™ brand that makes substantial progress towards Bella Fleur’s green ideals.  By reclaiming unused materials, recycling the various elements and reusing them in an array of new products, Bella Fleur asserts its commitment to our community and environment.

Essenceglass™ Passes NCTL Impact Testing Of Safety Glazing Material

Friday, April 20th, 2012

bella-fleur logoCanby, Oregon – Bella Fleur Corporation, the first and only to design, develop and manufacture EssenceGlass, our patent pending Solid-Core Architectural Glass™, announces the passing of the National Certified Testing Laboratories impact testing for safety glazing material.

Jesse Villarreal, Jr., Bella Fleur’s President & CEO, says, “Our goal is to provide a uniquely beautiful Solid-Core, reinforced architectural glass panel that encapsulates natural materials like reeds, flowers, grasses and leaves, various hand-made materials, solar fabrics, and even photovoltaic solar cells. Passing the NCTL Safety Glazing test lets our customers know that they are getting a material that is designed and engineered to be aesthetically beautiful, highly functional and safe. We built EssenceGlass for real world applications.”

“Your imagination shouldn’t be limited to interior use only,” Villarreal continues, “nor should the warranty be voided due to exterior use. EssenceGlass is not a laminated product. It is over one hundred times more impact resistant than glass and naturally resistant to fluctuations in temperature, moisture and humidity. When you see and feel EssenceGlass, you know you are getting something special. EssenceGlass is the ideal choice for all environments: doors, windows, shower doors, pergolas, and louvered privacy and wind walls. You tell us what you need, we’ll help you get there.”

Bella Fleur encapsulates real and sustainable organics from artisans from around the world in twelve initial gorgeous options with custom styles and fabrication services available. UV inhibitors within EssenceGlass help protect against exposure to UV rays and help keep the encapsulated organics vibrant while letting light through. With a comprehensive list of benefits, Bella Fleur strives to make architectural glass and hardware products easier to specify for a variety of interior and exterior applications.

The booth will also feature integrated high-performance window and door systems, including energy-efficient IG components, extrusions and fenestration components from Quanex companies, including:

MikronWood™ next generation composite material, which boasts the beauty of wood with the weather-resistant, no-maintenance advantages of vinyl or fiberglass. MikronWood also offers superior resistance to thermal conductivity with k-values that are 63 percent better than wood and 83 percent better than fiberglass.

EnergyCore™ frame and Duralite™ spacer window system which, in combination, reduce thermal conductivity by up to 45 percent and achieve R-5 with a triple-pane glass configuration. The all-foam construction of Super Spacer products provides superior thermal performance, condensation resistance and long-term durability.
ImperiClad™ moisture-impervious door frame system with MikronWood™ that includes a water-shedding threshold with unique energy-efficient, weather-stripped jambs.
